Recording demand from project teams for DMPK studies
Project teams can register demand for assay services and track delivery, whether outsourced to a CRO or run by internal teams.

Planning a DMPK Assay
Once the set of test articles have been identified to test, the assay scientist can plan the assay. This includes creating assay and analysis plates including control curves, blanks and QCs. Then generate the analytical run list for the Mass Spectrometer to enable automation of the assay.

Reporting DMPK Results
The finally the results are reported to the client (project team or customer). Reports can be generated from all assays run for a project or time-period in a format which is easy to read and can be imported to other databases. We also offer publication to BioHub a results warehouse ready to direct access by project team members.

Scheduling work across a team of DMPK scientists
Assay teams from ADME and DMPK can review project request for assays, prioritize and distribute work across teams of scientists to minimize delivery time and maximize utilization of scientists, instruments, and resources.

Transforming raw data into Results
Once the assay has been conducted and the analysis plates analyzed on the Mass Spectrometer BioRails can be used to transform raw peak areas into assay results, including automation of Quality Control checks such as comparing results for controls across historic runs of the same assay.
